KISSS capillary subsurface irrigation can be implemented to suit ANY green roof application, including intensive and semi-intensive green roofs, monolithic green roofs, and modular green roofs.

KISSS subsurface irrigation systems have been tested and work extremely well, in many green roof situations, even in course green roof and/or roof top garden soils. Most other subsurface irrigation systems, such as subsurface drip, has not previously been an effective solution. However, KISSS is an effective solution. We use less water than sprinklers and require no rotors or sprinkler heads to implement and maintain.
